By visiting or buying from NestPaw ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our store.

1. Our store

NestPaw is an online store hosted on Shopify. These Terms apply to our website and to every order placed through it, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. We sell only to customers with a shipping address in the United States, Canada, New Zealand, Switzerland or Singapore. We do not sell to customers in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, and any such order will be cancelled and refunded.

3. Products

We do our best to show product colors, sizes and details accurately. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, and products may vary slightly from the photos. Always supervise your pet with any new product, and check that it suits your pet's size, age and behavior.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in the store's currency and may change at any time without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping costs are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

5. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing errors, suspected fraud or a shipping address outside the countries we serve. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund you in full.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates, as explained in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier marks your order as delivered.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. We offer refunds within 14 days of delivery for eligible issues and do not accept returns.

8. Chargebacks

If you have a problem with your order, please email us first so we can fix it. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may delay a resolution.

9. Intellectual property

All content on our store, including text, images, videos, logos and designs, belongs to NestPaw or its licensors. You may not copy, reuse or sell it without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our store for anything unlawful, to interfere with its security or operation, to submit false information, or to place fraudulent orders.

11. Reviews and comments

If you send us reviews, photos or feedback, you allow us to use, display and share them in our store and marketing. Content must be honest and must not be offensive, misleading or unlawful.

Our store may link to or use third-party services, such as payment providers and carriers. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

13. Disclaimer

Our store and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties beyond those stated in our policies or required by law.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, NestPaw is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our store or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

15. Indemnity

You agree to cover any claims, losses or costs that arise from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our store.

16. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country or state, including New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act and Switzerland's consumer laws, where they apply.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NestPaw operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute comes up, please email us first so we can try to resolve it informally.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes apply from the moment they are posted on this page. Continuing to use our store after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
